Something not working, a question, or something you wish Atril did? Write to support@atril.band and you'll get an answer. Atril is made by one person, so every message gets read.
How to get help
Email support@atril.band and tell us what's going on. If it's a bug, it helps a lot to include:
- Which device you use (iPhone or iPad) and which iOS version.
- What you were doing when it happened.
- A screenshot, if you can.
You can also write to suggest a feature. Atril has been built on what working musicians asked for.
I can't sign in or I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and you'll get a link to set a new one. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it still doesn't arrive, write to us and we'll sort it out by hand.
Inviting my band to a setlist
Open the setlist, go to its options and generate the invite code: six characters. Each musician enters it from their own phone or tablet and joins the setlist. From then on everyone sees the same songs, each with their own key and capo, and can use the chat, the notes and rehearsal mode.
Adding songs
You can type them, paste the text with the chords, or paste the address of the chord site you already use. Atril detects the chords and places them over the lyrics. If the page has no chords, only the lyrics are imported.
Key and capo
The key changes with one tap, and everyone keeps their own without touching anyone else's. With a capo, Atril shows the chords that actually sound, so the whole band reads the same thing. If you're the guitarist and want to read your own shapes, leave the capo empty.
Trial and subscription
Atril is free for one month, everything included. After that, the subscription is 3.99 EUR per month or 34.99 EUR per year, renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
How to cancel the subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so you cancel from your device: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Atril → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
How to delete my account
From inside the app: Profile → Delete account. Your songs, your setlists and your data are deleted and cannot be recovered. If you signed in with Apple, the permission you gave Atril is revoked as well.
Cancelling the subscription and deleting the account are two different things: deleting your account does not cancel the subscription, which is done from your device's Settings.
